Archery is a very fun and helpful sport for everyone. It allows everyone to get a chance to compete against other grade levels. You can see how you do compared to highschoolers or other archers in your age group. It also is a really relaxing sport because it is just you and the target and the bow. You have to be calm and still to really perform well in archery. Just like if you were painting on a canvas.
I love this sport because of how unique it is being that it is a really calm sport. This is very different from sports like football, soccer and baseball. It also allows you to not really worry about the world around you when you are shooting. Since, It is just you, the target, and the bow you do not have to worry about the person shooting right next to you. That is why I have so much fun when competing in a tournament
