Liberty Elementary School in Bismarck has a very motivated PE teacher, actually several PE teachers and a supportive AD. They were one of two pilot schools, who received 2 “start-up” grants. The first at the actual start up, but NASP® was such a success they needed to increase their equipment inventory to keep up with demand. So we funded a second start-up grant so they could double their shooting volume.

We are scheduling the tournament a few weeks earlier than in past years to shorten the "archery season" a bit. Some coaches and parents become a bit overwhelmed by archery starting in the fall and continuing through July the next year.

1. Attractiveness to foreign archers and parents.

The last arrow of the 2014 NASP® World tournament in Madison, Wisconsin struck its target at 1:45PM, July 13. Records fell as arrows flew when 2,425 student archers from 198 schools gathered to compete in the 2014 NASP® World Tournament. The 2014 NASP® National Tournament concludes with 10,443 student archers setting a new Guinness World Record. The event breaks its own record of 9,426 established last year.
